BECAUSE WE CARE
Whilst we believe that we can offer more than any other academy in the USA, we also know that everybody has to decide for themselves what the next step may look like. Our commitment is to support and to always share an honest opinion and feedback. We don't make fake promises, it is the player's responsibility to work hard to achieve what they want to achieve. Players shall never be held back if they have better opportunities to develop than the ones we can offer.
THE RESPONSIBILITY IS WITH THE PLAYER
QUALITY OVER QUANTITY
Whilst Fox Soccer Academy is proud to have 8 locations worldwide and is a power house in terms of player development, one of our fundamental principles is to not exceed a certain amount of players per locations. It is important to us to be able to give players the individual attention they need to progress and excel in their development.
PLAYER CENTRIC APPROACH
Our goal as an academy is to make all available resources accessible to our players. May it be cutting edge technology with the VEO video system, or the STATSports GPS Performance Tracker system to optimize training and game outcome, our goal is to improve our players on every level. In additional, all players will be provided with an Individual Development Plan to monitor and control their own progress.
Giving our players and coaches the tools they need to improve is vitally important to us. Utilizing VEO helps players to create highlight reels for their college recruitment applications or to review game situations instantly on the side line for learning moments during the game. No stone is left unturned.
IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE FUN!
Lost many times in the youth soccer landscape is that playing is supposed to be fun! Whether it is players shoving birthday cakes in each others faces, seeing their sparkling eyes when receiving gifts from Santa, or the smiles when they walk off the training ground, all our Fox players are a constant reminder that soccer without fun is just not right.
A CLEAR PLAYING AND EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
Players in all FSA branches, may it be in England, Austria, North Carolina, or New York, all coaches follow the exact same curriculum, teaching players the same game principles and playing philosophy. Our curriculum was designed and is constantly further developed by our founder Christian Fuchs and is hugely influenced by his 22 years of playing and coaching experience on the highest competitive levels in Austria, Germany, England, and the USA.
INDIVIDUALIZED ATTENTION TO GROWTH
Our coaches and staff are dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals within the team setting. What is best for the players is always at the forefront of our decision making. Our process includes goal setting, personalized IDPs and Self-IDPs, video analysis, and putting players into an environment where they feel challenged every day.
PROFESSIONAL AND COLLEGIATE NETWORK
It is not uncommon to see professional coaches from the MLS, England, and Germany at Fox Soccer Academy coaching and educating our players. We had coaches and scouts from Leicester City FC, VfB Stuttgart, Liverpool FC, Crystal Palace, Red Bull New York, FC Cincinnati, and many more at our facility to work with and scout our players.
The ultimate objective of our academy is to push players towards their next destination, whether that be collegiate in the USA, or professionally (both domestic and abroad). With a wide array of connections in both spaces, FSA is incredibly proud of 10 players who have signed professional contracts in the last 5 years, as well as the hundreds of players that have committed to colleges throughout the years.
Another layer to player development is by providing coaching and scouting opportunities through our professional club affiliations with Red Bull New York, Charlotte FC, Carolina Ascent (Women's USL Super League), and VfB Stuttgart from Germany. Our vast network of professional club coaches and scouts worldwide, and our partner agencies, support players to be seen in front of an incredible variety and amount of clubs.
INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY AND OPPORTUNITIES
Fox Soccer Academy has 8 locations worldwide in England, Austria, and the USA. Through our FSA PRO International program, players have the opportunity to discover pathways overseas by joining any of our four locations in England, play full-time football, whilst focusing on their academic education. Showcase games against professional clubs are scheduled on a monthly basis.
As a member of Fox Soccer Academy, players have access to incredible international trips such as the Gothia Cup in Sweden and the mare Nostrum Cup in Spain, or the PRO FOR A DAY tournament which is hosted in Leicester City's stadium. It is a great opportunity to meet and compete with players from the many other FSA branches around the world and be coached by FSA coaches from other countries.
